the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Education (BPPE), CTI has rejoined its parent company, AES, and is now offering the
Phlebotomy Technician program as one of AES’s training program offerings.
Currently
AES (doing business as CTI), offers the Phlebotomy Technician program as its sole program.
